Interior design for apartments and houses in Bratislava

DUMSKAYA DESIGN is an interior design studio in Bratislava. Our office and furniture production facility are located in the Ružinov district, and renovation and installation are carried out by our own crews. We design apartments, houses, and residences and deliver them turnkey: from the first consultation to handing over the keys.

Completed projects in Bratislava include apartments in Metropolis and Eurovea City, a 158 m² duplex apartment, and a 120 m² private house. Every project is developed individually — around the layout, the lighting, the owners’ lifestyle, and the budget.

• Layout and zoning — layout options with furniture placement and lighting scenarios.
• Interior concept — style, color scheme, finishing materials, furniture, lighting, textiles, and decor.
• 3D visualization — photorealistic images of every room.
• Technical documentation — measured floor plan, demolition and construction plans, electrical, plumbing, floors, ceilings, wall elevations, and specifications.
• Custom furniture — production drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, and built-in storage systems.
• Procurement and design supervision — selecting and ordering materials, and checking that the renovation matches the project.

The scope of the project depends on the package you choose: from “Express” with a layout and visualizations to “Premium+” with a full set of documentation and support through to the handover of the property.

Also — a 140 m² private house in Dunajská Streda and projects in Vienna, Prague, and other cities.

1. Consultation. At the studio at Súkennícka 1, on site, or online. We discuss your project, budget, and timeline — free of charge.
2. Site measurement. We record the dimensions, utilities, windows, and heights — the basis for all the drawings.
3. Layout and concept. We propose layout options, a style, and materials. We make revisions.
4. 3D visualization. We show you the future interior before the renovation begins.
5. Documentation. A set of drawings for the builders and for furniture production.
6. Implementation. Renovation, furniture from our own production, procurement, and handover — all by one team.

Design project prices depend on the scope of work: the “Express” package — €20/m², “Basic” and “Furniture” — €35–45/m², “Premium” — €50/m², “Premium+” — €70/m². The first consultation is free.

Renovation and furniture costs are calculated based on the project. For the renovation, we prepare a detailed cost estimate — €5/m²; if you order the renovation from us, its cost is deducted from the contract amount.
