The “Furniture” design package and custom furniture manufacturing in Bratislava and Vienna
“Furniture” is a design package for an apartment, house, or commercial space where the finishing is already done and the custom furniture still needs to be designed and installed. For example, a new-build apartment in Bratislava or Vienna that the developer handed over with finishes. You get a 3D interior concept and a full set of furniture drawings for the kitchen, wardrobes, walk-in closet, and other cabinet furniture. The price is €35–50/m², with a minimum of €2,000.
What’s included in the “Furniture” package
1. Measured floor plan and furniture layout
We measure the rooms and mark the windows, doors, and plumbing and electrical connection points. The furniture layout plan shows where each piece will go, taking into account walkways and how you use the apartment.
2. 3D visualization of every room
Photorealistic visualizations show the furniture in the interior before production starts: the color of the fronts, the countertop, lighting, upholstered furniture, and decor. The price includes one full round of revisions to the concept.
3. Furniture drawings
Once the design is approved, we prepare drawings for each piece: dimensions, configuration, interior fittings, construction. The furniture can go straight into production from these drawings, either at our workshop or with any other furniture maker.

Sample calculation
A 60 m² apartment: 60 × €35–50 = €2,100–3,000. For a 40 m² apartment the rate gives €1,400–2,000, so the minimum price of €2,000 applies. Where the price falls within the range depends on the number of rooms, the amount of furniture, and how complex the pieces are: a kitchen with an island and a ceiling-high walk-in closet need more drawings than an entrance hall and a single TV unit.
What you get
A measured floor plan, a furniture layout plan, 3D visualizations of every room, and a set of furniture drawings. This is how the 75 m² apartment in Metropolis and the 56 m² apartment in Eurovea City in Bratislava were done: both were handed over by the developer with finishes, and their furniture was designed under this package and made in our workshop. In the 56 m² apartment, the hallway from the entrance to the kitchen is lined with ceiling-high cabinets with fluted and mirrored fronts. Sample drawings are on the pages of these projects below.
Manufacturing and installation
From the finished drawings, we can make the furniture in our own workshop in Bratislava, then deliver and install it with our own team. Prices are the same for Bratislava and Vienna, and delivery is included. Manufacturing is priced separately from the package, based on the drawings.

Who the package is for
If the finishing is done, no major renovation is needed, and you want the furniture in every room to share one style. Construction drawings such as electrical, plumbing, and ceiling plans are not needed here. If a renovation is ahead and you will be moving outlets, lights, and plumbing, choose the “Basic” package at the same price per square meter.

Do I have to order the furniture from you?
No. The drawings are yours, and any manufacturer can work from them. If we make the furniture, the same team handles both the design and production, and any questions about the drawings are settled within the studio.
The apartment hasn’t been handed over by the developer yet. Can we start the design?
We can start from the developer’s plan, but we take the final measurements on site. In Slovakia, a new apartment is accepted with a handover protocol (preberací protokol), and it is best to record wall and floor defects in it before cabinets go up along them. We offer apartment handover inspections: €250 up to 50 m², €400 for larger apartments.
Can you design furniture for just one room?
Yes, but the minimum package price is €2,000. If you only need a kitchen or one wardrobe, it is simpler to order a custom kitchen or a single piece: we design it from our measurements and show it in a 3D visualization.
How many rounds of revisions to the visualizations are included?
One full round of revisions to the concept: we collect all your comments on all the rooms and make the changes in one go. Additional revisions are discussed separately.
Do you design furniture for apartments in Vienna?
Yes. Our team does the measuring and installation, we bring the furniture from Bratislava, and delivery is included. The package price is the same: €35–50/m².
