When you submit the request form, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and the text of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your request and prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken prior to entering into a contract).

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the information you provide in your message and use it to reply.

Requests from the website are delivered to our email (Google Gmail) and Telegram. The website is hosted on a Hetzner server in the European Union. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Requests are kept for no longer than 24 months after our last communication, unless a contract has been concluded between us. Contract-related data is retained for as long as required by Slovak law.

The website uses Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are useful to visitors. These cookies are loaded only after you give your consent in the banner. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time: the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page opens the banner again.
