Interior design, custom furniture, and turnkey renovation in Ukraine

DUMSKAYA DESIGN offers a full cycle of services in Ukraine: interior design, architecture, custom furniture, turnkey renovation, and procurement. One team runs the project from the first consultation to the handover of the keys, so you don’t have to find and coordinate separate contractors.

Our portfolio includes private houses in Kyiv (217 m²) and Kharkiv (212 m²) completed on a turnkey basis, apartments in Kyiv, a clothing boutique, and a barbershop facade. You can order the design project on its own or together with its implementation.

• Interior design project for an apartment or house — layout, concept, and the selection of materials, furniture, and lighting.
• 3D visualization — photorealistic images of every room before the renovation begins.
• Architecture and facades — concept designs for houses, 3D visualization of facades and yards.
• Technical documentation — working drawings, electrical and plumbing plans, and specifications for the builders.
• Custom furniture — kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, entrance hall furniture, TV walls, and bedroom furniture.
• Turnkey renovation — from demolition to the final cleaning.
• Design supervision and procurement — checking that the work matches the project, and ordering materials, plumbing fixtures, and lighting.
• Commercial interiors — offices, shops, and beauty salons.

We work with new builds, resale homes, private houses, and commercial spaces.

The houses in Kyiv and Kharkiv were completed on a turnkey basis: interior design, technical documentation, custom furniture, and renovation.

1. Consultation. We discuss your project by phone, messenger, or video call. The consultation is free.
2. Measurements. We record the dimensions, utilities, and specific features of the rooms on site.
3. Concept and 3D. Layout options, style, materials, and photorealistic visualizations. We agree on revisions with you.
4. Documentation and estimate. Drawings for the builders and for furniture production, specifications, and a renovation cost estimate.
5. Implementation. Furniture production, renovation, installation, and procurement — by one team, on an agreed schedule.
6. Handover. Final assembly, installation of lighting and plumbing fixtures, cleaning, and handing over the keys.

If you are currently abroad, the project can be managed remotely: we agree on the concept, visualizations, and progress of the work online.

The cost of the design project depends on the package — from “Express” to “Premium+”; package contents and prices are on the pricing page.

We calculate the cost of furniture and renovation based on the project and the estimate. The first consultation is free.
