Residential interior design

DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Bratislava, Slovakia) creates modern and functional interiors for apartments, houses, and private residences. We develop individual living spaces where aesthetics, comfort, ergonomics, and functionality are combined within a cohesive design concept. For us, residential interior design is more than selecting colors, furniture, and finishing materials. We approach every space comprehensively — from floor planning and functional zoning to lighting, custom furniture, materials, and decorative elements. Our goal is to create an interior that complements the architecture of the property, reflects the lifestyle of its owners, and remains relevant for years to come.Individual Apartment & House Interior Design Every DUMSKAYA DESIGN project is developed individually. Before starting the design process, we analyze the characteristics of the property, existing floor plan, natural lighting, client requirements, required functionality, and everyday living scenarios.Based on this information, we develop a complete interior concept for an apartment or private house.Special attention is given to ergonomics, proportions, storage systems, furniture placement, and lighting to ensure that the interior is not only visually attractive but also comfortable and practical for everyday life.Modern Interior Design We create contemporary interiors with an emphasis on clean spatial architecture, thoughtful functionality, high-quality materials, and individual details.Depending on the project, the interior design may include:— floor planning and functional zoning;— interior color concept;— finishing materials;— lighting scenarios;— furniture layouts;— built-in storage systems;— custom cabinetry and furniture;— bathroom fixtures and equipment;— textiles, decor, and interior accents. All elements are developed as part of one cohesive concept, creating a balanced and harmonious residential interior.3D Interior Visualization We create photorealistic 3D interior visualizations that allow clients to see their future apartment or house before the project is implemented. The visualizations demonstrate the layout, furniture, materials, color combinations, lighting, and decorative solutions. This makes it possible to evaluate the future interior in advance, approve key design decisions, and make necessary adjustments before renovation work begins.Technical Documentation Depending on the selected project scope, DUMSKAYA DESIGN prepares technical documentation required for the implementation of the approved interior design concept.Detailed working drawings help accurately transfer the developed design solutions to the property and provide a clear technical basis for contractors, furniture manufacturers, and other specialists involved in the project.Custom-Made Furniture Custom furniture makes it possible to use available space efficiently and is an important part of a modern residential interior.DUMSKAYA DESIGN designs custom kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, built-in storage systems, living room furniture, bedroom furniture, entrance hall storage, home offices, and other individually designed furniture.Detailed furniture drawings and technical specifications can be prepared for manufacturing.Custom furniture production, delivery, and professional installation based on the developed project are also available.Selection of Materials, Furniture & Lighting To implement the approved interior concept, we select finishing materials, furniture, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and decorative elements.A comprehensive approach helps preserve the original design concept throughout the project and ensures visual consistency across all elements of the interior.Interior Design & Project Implementation DUMSKAYA DESIGN offers a comprehensive approach to residential interior design — from the initial concept and floor planning to 3D visualization, technical documentation, material selection, and furniture design.Depending on the project, services may also include implementation support, custom furniture production, and comprehensive interior renovation. We work with apartments, private houses, residences, and other residential properties, developing individual solutions according to the specific characteristics of each space.DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Bratislava, Slovakia) — apartment and house interior design, 3D visualization, technical documentation, custom-made furniture, and comprehensive residential interior solutions.Order an interior design project for your apartment or house — we create interiors where every detail is carefully considered.
