Apartment interior design project in Metropolis residential complex, Bratislava, 75 m²

In this project, the interior design studio DUMSKAYA DESIGN in Bratislava, Slovakia developed a modern and functional apartment interior design for a 75 m² apartment located in the central part of the city, in the Metropolis residential complex (Bottova 6654/7, 811 09 Bratislava I – Old Town, Slovakia). The apartment was delivered to the owners with basic developer finishes, so the main goal was to create a harmonious and comfortable space for modern urban living, tailored to the lifestyle of the owners.The concept of the project features a modern apartment interior design with an open-plan layout. The central space is a kitchen–living room that combines the cooking area, dining space, and a comfortable lounge area. This solution helped create a spacious and bright interior. The apartment also includes a cozy bedroom, a home office that can easily be transformed into a children’s room in the future, a functional laundry room, a bathroom, and an entry hallway with well-designed storage systems.The interior design project of the apartment in Bratislava was completed under the “Furniture” package. As part of the project, the studio developed the interior design concept based on the developer’s finishing, prepared realistic 3D visualizations, a complete set of technical drawings, and designed and manufactured custom-built cabinetry and furniture. In addition, the team selected upholstered furniture, lighting, and decorative elements. All stages of the project were supervised through professional author supervision.The apartment interior is designed in a modern minimalist style, featuring a light neutral color palette, natural materials, and clean decorative solutions. This approach made it possible to create an elegant and functional living space that meets the requirements of contemporary urban housing.
