DUMSKAYA DESIGN is an interior design studio with its own furniture production in Bratislava. For clients in Spain, we create design projects remotely, make custom furniture, and deliver projects on a turnkey basis.
In Spain, we have completed apartments in Madrid (107 m²) and Barcelona (108 m²) and a 179 m² villa in Madrid — interior design, technical documentation, custom furniture, and turnkey renovation — as well as the architectural design of a villa facade in Marbella.

How we work on properties in Spain
- Online consultation. We discuss your project by phone, video call, or messenger. You send us a floor plan, photos, and your wishes.
- Design project. Layout, concept, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation — everything is approved remotely, and revisions are made based on your comments.
- Furniture. Based on the project, we make kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, and other furniture at our own facility in Bratislava. Before production, we confirm the dimensions using your measurements, taken according to our instructions.
- Delivery and installation. We ship the furniture to Spain and arrange installation on site.
- Turnkey implementation. The whole project can be delivered for you — like the apartments in Madrid and Barcelona: design, custom furniture, and renovation.

Questions about working with clients in Spain
Can I get a design project without traveling to Bratislava?
Yes. Every stage happens online: consultations, approval of the concept and 3D visualizations, and revisions. You receive the visualizations and drawings electronically.
How are measurements taken?
A floor plan and photos are enough for the design project. Before furniture production, we confirm the dimensions using your measurements, following our detailed instructions.
How does the furniture get to Spain?
We make the furniture at our own facility in Bratislava, pack it, and deliver it to your property. Installation is arranged for the delivery date.
Can I order just the design project?
Yes. You will receive a complete set of visualizations and drawings that a local contractor in Spain can work from.
Do you design architecture and facades?
Yes. For example, we created the architectural facade design for a villa in Marbella, with photorealistic 3D visualizations.
What are the lead times?
The design project takes from 14 days for the “Express” package; a full project usually takes 4–8 weeks. Furniture production time depends on the scope of the order and is confirmed with the quote.
What languages do you work in?
