The balcony begins with a spacious, comfortable corner sofa placed along the walls. Soft pillows and throws add a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Bar counter

Along the balcony’s glazed edge, there’s a sleek bar counter with high stools — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails with a city view. It’s made from natural materials like wood and metal, seamlessly blending with the overall design.

Storage

A built-in-looking storage cabinet is cleverly integrated into the wall (a visual trick), offering plenty of space for seasonal items, pillows, blankets, tools, and more. Its modern, minimalist design keeps the space clean and uncluttered.

Barbecue zone

A compact yet fully functional BBQ area is included. The grill is placed on its own stand to ensure safety and ease of use.

UFO heater

To make the balcony usable year-round, a UFO heater provides warmth and comfort even during cold months — ideal for family evenings and cozy gatherings with friends.

Greenery and decor

Potted plants and climbing greenery bring a refreshing, natural feel. Floor and built-in lighting create a romantic evening ambiance and highlight the details.
