Private House Interior Design in Bratislava, 120 m²

DUMSKAYA DESIGN developed an interior design project for a 120 m² private house in Bratislava, Slovakia. The main objective was to create a contemporary, functional and comfortable living environment where the layout, furniture placement and lighting are carefully organized around the owners’ everyday needs.The central area of the house is a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room. The layout also includes an entrance hall with storage, a walk-in wardrobe, home office, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, master bedroom, second-floor bathroom and utility/boiler room.The project was developed within the Express Interior Design Package, complemented by additional technical documentation for the electrical system. The scope included space planning and the interior concept, as well as a comprehensive electrical plan.The electrical documentation includes lighting layouts, locations of sockets and switches, and connection points for the required equipment. This approach allows the electrical system to be coordinated in advance with the floor plan, furniture arrangement and functional scenarios of each room.The house interior is designed in a contemporary style with a light neutral palette, clean forms and functional solutions. Particular attention was given to ergonomics, furniture placement and lighting, creating a calm and comfortable environment for everyday living.
