Interior design project of a 120 m² private house

As part of this project, the interior design studio DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Bratislava, Slovakia) developed a modern and functional interior design for a 120 m² private house. The main goal of the project was to create a comfortable and harmonious space for everyday living, where each area of the house is carefully planned in terms of functionality, convenience, and aesthetics.The layout includes a spacious living room combined with a kitchen, which became the central area of the house and a place for relaxation, communication, and family gatherings. The house also features an entrance hall with storage systems, a walk-in wardrobe, a home office, a guest bedroom, a guest bathroom, a master bedroom, a second-floor bathroom, and a boiler room.The project was completed under the “Express” package with additional development of electrical technical documentation. As part of the work, the studio’s specialists developed planning solutions, the interior concept, and a complete electrical project, including lighting schemes, the placement of sockets and switches, and equipment connections.The interior of the house is designed in a modern style with a light neutral color palette, clean forms, and functional solutions. Special attention was given to the convenience of everyday use, the logical placement of furniture and lighting, and creating a cozy atmosphere for living.
