LUXURY Apartment Interior Design with Terrace in Kyiv, 119 m²

DUMSKAYA DESIGN developed the interior design for a 119 m² apartment with a terrace in Kyiv, Ukraine. The concept follows a contemporary LUXURY style, combining elegant aesthetics, functionality and a high level of everyday comfort.The interior is based on minimalist lines, premium materials and contemporary design solutions. A calm neutral color palette creates a sophisticated background that highlights the architecture, materials and individual interior details.Particular attention was given to the combination of natural wood, marble and metal accents. Different textures add visual depth without excessive decoration, maintaining the refined character of a contemporary premium interior.Lighting plays an important role in the overall concept. Different lighting scenarios emphasize materials and architectural elements, visually structure the space and create a comfortable atmosphere throughout the day.The terrace acts as an extension of the living space and complements the overall apartment concept. The project demonstrates DUMSKAYA DESIGN’s approach to contemporary LUXURY interiors, where premium aesthetics are balanced with functionality and comfort.
