Apartment Interior Design in Kyiv, Custom Furniture, 80 m²

DUMSKAYA DESIGN developed the interior design for an 80 m² apartment in Kyiv, Ukraine. The main objective was to create a contemporary, functional and comfortable interior adapted to the owners’ lifestyle and everyday use of the space.The central area of the apartment is an open-plan kitchen and living room with a functional island, combining cooking, dining and relaxation zones. The layout also includes a master bedroom, a second bedroom with a workspace, a walk-in wardrobe with laundry area, bathroom, entrance hall with integrated storage and a glazed terrace designed for comfortable year-round use.The project includes the interior concept, photorealistic 3D visualizations, a complete set of technical documentation, as well as the design and production of custom-made cabinetry. The furniture was developed together with the interior, allowing the available space to be used efficiently and storage solutions to be seamlessly integrated into the architecture of the apartment.Finishing materials, furniture, lighting, sanitary equipment and decorative elements were also selected for the project. The interior features a light neutral color palette, natural materials, minimalist décor and functional solutions that create a calm and contemporary atmosphere.All stages of project implementation were supported by DUMSKAYA DESIGN’s design supervision, helping ensure that the implemented solutions followed the approved interior concept and technical documentation.
