All spaces follow a cohesive interior design concept, with carefully considered materials, colour combinations, lighting and furniture solutions.Custom-made furniture was designed and manufactured specifically for the private house, including the kitchen, built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, shelving and storage systems. Each furniture element was developed according to the room dimensions, layout requirements and overall interior style, ensuring efficient use of space and a consistent visual identity throughout the home. The preparation stage included technical documentation and a detailed cost estimate covering construction and finishing works, materials, furniture, household appliances, bathroom fixtures, lighting and other elements specified in the project.Following the design stage, a comprehensive turnkey house renovation in Kyiv was completed in accordance with the developed interior solutions and technical documentation. The implementation included construction and finishing works, installation of custom-made furniture and preparation of the residential spaces.Photorealistic 3D visualizations were created to present the proposed interior before implementation. They provide a detailed preview of the layouts, materials, furniture, lighting solutions and overall atmosphere of the rooms. This 217 m² private house project demonstrates DUMSKAYA DESIGN’s comprehensive approach to contemporary residential interiors — from initial design development and technical documentation to custom furniture production and complete project implementation.
