DUMSKAYA DESIGN developed and completed a comprehensive project for a 108 m² apartment in Barcelona, Spain. The project combined interior design, technical documentation, custom furniture design and manufacturing, and comprehensive turnkey renovation.The apartment interior was designed with an emphasis on contemporary aesthetics, functionality and everyday comfort. The space planning takes into account the characteristics of the property, furniture and appliance placement, integrated storage solutions, lighting and the visual connection between living spaces.The project covers a living room, bedroom, kitchen with built-in appliances, walk-in wardrobes, entrance hall, bathroom and functional storage areas. All spaces follow a cohesive interior design concept, with carefully coordinated finishing materials, colour combinations, lighting and furniture solutions.Custom-made furniture was designed and manufactured specifically for the apartment, including the kitchen, built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, shelving and storage systems. Each furniture element was developed according to the room dimensions, layout requirements and overall interior style, ensuring efficient use of space and a consistent visual identity throughout the property.The preparation stage included technical documentation and a detailed cost estimate covering construction and finishing works, materials, furniture, household appliances, bathroom fixtures, lighting and other elements specified in the project. This helped establish the scope of work and plan the implementation budget in advance.Following the design stage, a comprehensive turnkey apartment renovation in Barcelona was completed in accordance with the developed interior solutions and technical documentation.
