Interior design project of a 43 m² duplex apartment

In this project, DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Bratislava, Slovakia) delivered a full-service interior design solution for a 43 m² duplex apartment — from concept development and technical documentation to custom furniture design and production and turnkey renovation.Despite its compact size, the apartment was carefully planned to maximize functionality, comfort, and efficient use of space. The design covered all areas, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen with custom storage solutions and built-in appliances, wardrobes, hallway, bathroom, cabinets, and shelving.Bespoke furniture was designed for each area, carefully adapted to the architecture of the duplex apartment and the client’s individual lifestyle, preferences, and storage needs. Before construction and renovation works began, the client received a detailed cost estimate covering every stage of the project — construction and finishing works, materials, custom furniture, appliances, plumbing, lighting, and other essential elements. The completed project is presented through photorealistic 3D visualizations, photographs, and video footage, demonstrating how the original interior concept was transformed into a functional and comfortable living space.DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Bratislava, Slovakia) creates residential and commercial interiors across Slovakia, Europe, and the USA, providing comprehensive services from interior design and technical documentation to bespoke furniture production and turnkey implementation.DUMSKAYA DESIGN — interiors that come to life.
