DUMSKAYA DESIGN developed a project for a 230 m² private house: interior design, technical documentation, custom furniture, and a turnkey renovation.

The project included the living room, bedrooms, kitchen with built-in appliances, walk-in closets, entrance hall, and bathrooms.

Built-in wardrobes, storage systems, and shelving were custom-designed together with the interior to suit the architecture of the house’s rooms.

Before work began, a detailed cost estimate was prepared covering labor, construction and finishing materials, furniture, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. The studio managed the project from concept through renovation and furniture installation.

The gallery features photorealistic 3D visualizations of the house.

DUMSKAYA DESIGN is a Bratislava-based studio offering interior design, custom furniture, and turnkey renovation in Bratislava and Vienna.
