DUMSKAYA DESIGN designed and delivered a project for a 60 m² apartment in Varna, Bulgaria: interior design, technical documentation, custom furniture, and a turnkey renovation.

The project included the living room, bedroom, kitchen with built-in appliances, walk-in closets, entrance hall, bathroom, and storage systems.

The kitchen, built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, shelving, and storage systems were custom-made; the furniture was designed together with the interior to make use of every square meter of the 60 m².

Before work began, a detailed cost estimate was prepared covering construction and finishing work, materials, furniture, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. The studio then carried out a turnkey renovation of the apartment in Varna based on the technical documentation.

Below are 3D visualizations of the project and photos of the finished apartment with its custom-made furniture.
