Turnkey apartment and house renovation in Bratislava and Vienna

DUMSKAYA DESIGN carries out turnkey renovations of apartments, houses, and commercial spaces in Bratislava, Vienna, and other cities across Slovakia and Austria.

We can take on the entire property — from the interior design project, technical documentation, and cost estimate to construction and finishing work, procurement, custom furniture, and final installation.

We carry out the renovation strictly according to the approved design project: the placement of furniture, lighting, electrical points, and plumbing, as well as the materials, are all defined in advance, so there are fewer changes along the way.

Renovation cost

The cost depends on the size and condition of the property, the scope of demolition and construction work, the complexity of the engineering solutions, the materials, the level of furnishing, and the timeline.

For a preliminary assessment, send us a floor plan of the space, a design project, or any existing technical documentation. Based on these, we will give you an approximate cost, and once the scope of work has been clarified, we will prepare a detailed cost estimate.

If there is no finished design yet, we recommend starting with a design project and technical documentation: the renovation budget will be more accurate, and fewer decisions will have to be made on the fly.
