How the renovation works
- Design and cost estimate. If you do not have a design yet, we develop the interior design project and technical documentation. Based on these, we prepare a detailed cost estimate in Polish złoty.
- Contract and schedule. We fix the scope of work, the cost, and the deadlines.
- Work. The crew carries out the renovation according to the drawings, and the studio monitors the key stages through photo reports and site visits.
- Furniture and fit-out. In parallel, the furniture is manufactured and the materials, plumbing fixtures, and lighting are ordered.
- Handover. Installation of furniture and lighting, cleaning, and handover of the finished property.
The cost of a renovation depends on the floor area, the condition of the property, and the scope of work. For a preliminary estimate, send us a floor plan, photos, and the design, if you have one. A detailed cost estimate costs €5/m² and is deducted from the contract amount if you order the renovation from us.
