Modern Classic Apartment Interior Design, Bespoke Furniture & Turnkey Renovation in London, 120 m²

DUMSKAYA DESIGN developed and completed a comprehensive project for a 120 m² apartment in London, United Kingdom. The project combined interior design, technical documentation, bespoke furniture and comprehensive turnkey renovation.The interior is designed in a refined Modern Classic style. Classical proportions and decorative elements are combined with contemporary space planning, clean forms, carefully selected materials and sophisticated lighting scenarios. The result is an elegant and functional interior that offers a contemporary interpretation of classic aesthetics.The layout and interior solutions include the living room, bedroom, kitchen with integrated appliances, walk-in wardrobes, entrance hall, bathroom and functional storage systems. Particular attention was given to ergonomics, the relationship between individual spaces and the efficient use of the apartment’s 120 m² area.Bespoke furniture was designed and manufactured specifically for the project, including the kitchen, built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, shelving and storage systems. Each piece was developed as an integral part of the overall interior concept, allowing the furniture to be precisely integrated into the architecture and maintaining a consistent design language throughout the apartment.Before implementation, a detailed estimate was prepared covering construction and finishing works, materials, bespoke furniture, household appliances, sanitary equipment, lighting and other elements specified in the project. Following the design stage, a comprehensive turnkey apartment renovation in London was completed in accordance with the developed technical documentation.Photorealistic 3D visualizations were also prepared to present the future interior before implementation. The completed project is documented with photographs of the finished apartment and its custom-made furniture.
