Luxury interior design project of a 160 m² private house in Munich, Germany

In this project, DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Bratislava, Slovakia) completed a full-scope luxury interior design project for a 160 m² private house in Munich, Germany, including interior design, technical documentation, custom furniture design and production, and turnkey renovation. The design covered all areas of the house, including the living room, bedrooms, kitchen with custom storage solutions and built-in appliances, walk-in closets, hallway, bathrooms, cabinets, and shelving.Bespoke furniture was designed and manufactured for each area, carefully tailored to the architecture of the house, as well as the client’s individual needs and lifestyle. Before the renovation and construction works began, the client received a detailed cost estimate covering every stage of the project — from construction and finishing works to custom furniture, appliances, plumbing, and lighting. The project is presented through photorealistic 3D visualizations and photographs of the completed interior, demonstrating how the original design concept was transformed into a fully realized living space.DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Bratislava, Slovakia) creates premium residential interiors in Germany, Slovakia, across Europe, and the USA, providing a comprehensive range of services — from interior concepts and technical documentation to bespoke furniture production and turnkey implementation.DUMSKAYA DESIGN — interiors that come to life.
