Apartment Interior Design, Custom Furniture & Turnkey Renovation in New York, 57 m²

DUMSKAYA DESIGN developed and completed a comprehensive project for a 57 m² apartment in New York City, USA. The project combined interior design, technical documentation, custom furniture design and manufacturing, and comprehensive turnkey renovation. The apartment interior was designed with an emphasis on contemporary aesthetics, functionality and efficient use of living space. The layout takes into account the architectural features of the apartment, furniture and appliance placement, integrated storage solutions and everyday comfort. The project includes a living room, bedroom, kitchen with built-in appliances, walk-in wardrobes, entrance hall, bathroom and functional storage areas. All spaces follow a cohesive interior design concept, with carefully selected materials, colour combinations, lighting and furniture solutions.Custom-made furniture was designed and manufactured specifically for the apartment, including the kitchen, built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets and storage systems. Each furniture element was developed according to the exact room dimensions, layout requirements and overall interior style. This approach maximized the available space while maintaining a consistent visual identity throughout the apartment. The preparation stage included technical documentation and a detailed cost estimate covering construction and finishing works, materials, furniture, household appliances, bathroom fixtures, lighting and other elements specified in the project.Following the design stage, a comprehensive turnkey apartment renovation in New York was completed in accordance with the developed interior solutions and technical documentation. The work included installation of custom-made furniture and final preparation of the residential spaces.Photorealistic 3D visualizations were created to present the proposed interior before implementation. They provided a detailed preview of the layout, materials, furniture, colour palette and lighting solutions. The completed project is presented through photographs of the finished apartment and custom-made furniture.
