Apartment Interior Design, Custom Furniture & Turnkey Renovation in Prague, 90 m²

DUMSKAYA DESIGN developed and completed a comprehensive project for a 90 m² apartment in Prague, Czech Republic. The project combined interior design, technical documentation, custom-made furniture and comprehensive turnkey renovation.The layout and interior design solutions cover the living room, bedrooms, kitchen with integrated appliances, walk-in wardrobes, entrance hall, bathrooms and functional storage systems. Particular attention was given to ergonomics, efficient use of space and creating a comfortable residential environment.Custom-made furniture was designed and manufactured specifically for the apartment, including the kitchen, built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, shelving and storage systems. The furniture was developed alongside the interior concept, allowing it to be precisely integrated into the architecture while maintaining a consistent design language throughout the space.Before implementation, a detailed estimate was prepared covering construction and finishing works, materials, custom furniture, household appliances, sanitary equipment, lighting and other elements specified in the project. Following the design stage, a comprehensive turnkey apartment renovation in Prague was completed in accordance with the developed technical documentation.The project also included photorealistic 3D visualizations, allowing the future interior, materials, furniture, colour combinations and lighting solutions to be evaluated before implementation.This 90 m² apartment project demonstrates DUMSKAYA DESIGN’s comprehensive approach — from interior design and technical documentation to custom furniture production and complete residential interior implementation.
