Apartment Interior Design, Custom Furniture & Turnkey Renovation, 51 m²

DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Bratislava, Slovakia) completed a comprehensive project for a 51 m² apartment, including interior design and technical documentation, custom furniture manufacturing, turnkey renovation and final decoration.The design covers the main functional areas of the apartment: living room, bedroom, kitchen with individually planned storage and built-in appliances, dressing areas, entrance hall and bathroom. Custom wardrobes, shelving and integrated storage systems were also incorporated into the interior.Custom-made furniture solutions were developed for each area and adapted to the dimensions of the rooms and the owners’ everyday needs. Designing the interior and furniture together makes it possible to use the available floor area efficiently, provide practical storage and maintain a consistent visual concept throughout the apartment.The project was implemented as a comprehensive process — from the development of the interior concept and technical documentation to renovation works, custom furniture manufacturing and installation, and final interior decoration. Before implementation, a detailed estimate was prepared covering construction and finishing materials, custom furniture and household appliances.The project is presented through photorealistic 3D visualizations, demonstrating the layout, interior concept and custom furniture solutions developed for the 51 m² apartment.
