A 160 m² apartment in Dubai. For this project we did the interior design project with 3D visualization, custom furniture and turnkey renovation. The project covers every room: the living room, bedroom, kitchen with built-in appliances and interior fittings chosen for the client, walk-in closets, entrance hall and bathroom. The cabinets and shelving in each area were sized to fit the rooms.

Before work began, the client received a detailed cost estimate covering construction and finishing work, custom furniture, appliances, plumbing fixtures and lighting. The gallery shows visualizations of the living room.

The palette rests on three materials: cream panels, dark wood and white stone with dark veining. The long wall behind the sofa is clad in smooth light panels from the floor to the curtain cornice. In the corner the paneling ends in a rounded column, and behind it is an inset of boldly patterned stone, lit around the edges, with two glass shelves for decor. Further along stands a tall dark wood cabinet with a rounded corner and open niches, each shelf with its own lighting.

The TV wall is also made of cream panels, with the TV recessed into it in a thin black frame. Below it runs a long, low white stone console. To the side you can see a staircase with lighting under the treads and a black metal railing.

The room centers on a large modular corner sofa in beige-gray with one dark section. In front of it is a coffee table made of two stone blocks of different heights and a dark wood side table with a glass top. A dense, heavily textured rug covers the floor, and by the window the dark polished stone floor is left exposed.

Around the perimeter the ceiling curves smoothly into the walls; the main lighting comes from built-in track lights and concealed light lines. The window has two layers of fabric, light sheers and heavy taupe curtains, with an LED strip hidden above the curtain rail. The accents are chocolate-colored cushions, dark vases and a couple of sculptures on the shelves.
