Custom furniture in Vienna — design, manufacturing, and installation
DUMSKAYA DESIGN designs and manufactures custom cabinet furniture for apartments, houses, and commercial spaces in Vienna. We have our own workshop in Bratislava, 60 km from Vienna. Delivery and installation are carried out by our own team, and the cost of delivery is already included in the price.
We make furniture as part of the interior: kitchens, built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, entrance hall furniture, TV units, and furniture for bedrooms, home offices, and bathrooms. Every piece is designed for its specific room — based on on-site measurements and taking into account utilities, appliances, and the style of the interior.

Materials and hardware
Fronts — laminated chipboard, MDF with a film or lacquer finish, veneer, HPL, acrylic, glass. Countertops — laminate, compact laminate, quartz, porcelain stoneware, acrylic stone, and natural stone. Hardware — Hettich, Blum, Häfele: soft-close mechanisms, drawer systems, lift-up mechanisms, cargo pull-outs, and interior organizers.
We select the materials and hardware to fit your budget, from standard to premium. For every piece, we prepare a technical specification, and that is exactly what it is manufactured to.
How to order furniture in Vienna
- Request. Send us a floor plan of the room, photos, and examples of furniture you like. We will give you a preliminary estimate based on this information.
- Measurement and design. We visit your site in Vienna, then develop the construction drawings, 3D visualization, and material specifications.
- Quote. We give you the exact price of the pieces, including delivery and installation — as one total.
- Production. The furniture is made in Bratislava. The lead time depends on the scope and materials, and we confirm it together with the quote.
- Delivery and installation. Our own team delivers and installs the furniture, builds in the appliances, and adjusts the fronts.

How much does furniture delivery to Vienna cost?
Nothing beyond the price of the furniture: delivery and the installation team's visit are included in the cost. You get one total price for “turnkey” furniture.
Who takes the measurements and does the installation?
Our own specialists from Bratislava. We take the measurements before production starts and install after delivery, usually within one to two days depending on the scope.
Can I order just one wardrobe or a kitchen, without an interior design project?
Yes. We design a standalone piece based on measurements and your wishes. If you need the whole interior, it is easier to start with an interior design project — then all the furniture will be in one consistent style.
Do you build in household appliances?
Yes. We design kitchens around the appliances you have chosen, and during installation we fit the oven, cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator. You can buy the appliances yourself or order them through us.
How does custom furniture differ from ready-made furniture?
In its dimensions and interior layout: the furniture is made to fit your walls, niches, and ceiling height exactly, with precisely the drawers and shelves you need. Visually, it becomes part of the room's architecture rather than a separate object.
