DUMSKAYA DESIGN developed an interior design project for a 43 m² apartment in Warsaw, Poland. The main objective was to create a contemporary, functional and comfortable living space while making efficient use of every square metre. The interior follows a modern minimalist style. A light neutral colour palette, clean lines, natural materials and carefully planned lighting create a visually spacious and harmonious environment. Particular attention was given to combining aesthetics, ergonomics and practicality. The layout includes a living area, kitchen, bedroom, workspace, bathroom and functional storage systems. Each area was planned around the residents’ everyday needs, ensuring comfortable circulation and efficient use of the available space. The project was developed as part of the Basic Interior Design Package. The scope included space planning, interior design solutions, and the selection of finishing materials, lighting and furniture to complement the overall apartment concept. Carefully considered furniture placement and integrated storage solutions help maintain a sense of openness despite the apartment’s compact size.Photorealistic 3D visualizations were prepared to present the proposed interior, allowing the combination of materials, colours, furniture and lighting to be evaluated before implementation. This 43 m² apartment project in Warsaw demonstrates DUMSKAYA DESIGN’s approach to small residential interiors, where contemporary aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics and everyday comfort come together.
