Apartment Interior Design with Terrace, 60 m²

DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Bratislava, Slovakia) developed the interior design project for a 60 m² apartment with an 18 m² terrace. The project features a contemporary style with a strong focus on functionality, ergonomics and visual harmony. The design concept is based on clean lines, minimalist forms, natural materials and a calm, neutral color palette. This combination creates a contemporary interior that remains comfortable for everyday living while maintaining a spacious and uncluttered atmosphere.Particular attention was given to efficient use of the apartment’s floor area, functional zoning, storage solutions, lighting and visual connections between the different spaces. The 18 m² terrace becomes a natural extension of the living area and provides an additional space for relaxation. The page features photorealistic 3D visualizations and project materials, providing a detailed view of the interior concept, layout solutions, material combinations and overall atmosphere of the apartment.DUMSKAYA DESIGN provides interior design for apartments, residences and private houses in Bratislava and Vienna. We create individual design projects based on the architecture of each property, the client’s lifestyle, functional requirements and budget — from space planning and 3D visualization to a complete set of technical documentation.
